Refund Policy

1. The short version

Pro starts as a $1 trial for 3 days and renews at $29.95/month. You can cancel at any time in two clicks, including during the trial. If it did not work for you, tell us within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it. No retention offers, no cancellation maze.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@resumewave.app (or reply to your payment receipt, which carries the payment provider's own contact route), stating the email you purchased with. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5-10 business days. Every support route is listed on the contact page.

3. What is not covered

• Requests later than 14 days after the first charge, and renewal charges of an active subscription (cancel instead - it takes two clicks).
• Accounts suspended for violating the Terms of Service.

4. EU consumers

If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases; this policy matches or exceeds it, and nothing here limits your statutory rights.
